Cancellation & Refund policy






Due to our terms & Condition any Discount Voucher issued to you by ICAKE can be used only once and will expire thereafter, even if the order/delivery is unsuccessful.
Note: A refund will be processed by ICAKE in the event ICAKE determines that the cancellation of the order is due to ICAKE’s incapability of fulfilling the order.
Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.
In the event ICAKE decides to refund to you, ICAKE will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount.
“In the event ICAKE decides to refund to you (in very special cases), Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and it takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account”.
ICAKE is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
The order delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
While the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the customer.
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or a re-route requested by the customer.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
ICAKE will not accept any product exchanges.
We suggest you check your order before our delivery person leave the location, in the event that you have received your order damaged or in a defective condition, you should report the same to ICAKE immediately on the time of delivery along with an evidences such image or video of the damaged product at +971 044277214 and e-mail evidences to [email protected]. In such event ICAKE will either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount. Once refund is initiated by ICAKE, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
ICAKE will not accept any complaint for perishable products like fresh cake, pastry, etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
